Harrow Council's Cabinet decided on 11 June 2026 to recommend to Council the approval of the publication of the pre-submission version of the West London Waste Plan for comment. The Cabinet also recommended that delegated authority be given to the Chief Planning Officer to make minor modifications and submit the plan to the Secretary of State. The decision included recommending that the Regulation 19 Proposed Submission version of the West London Waste Plan be used for development management purposes.

Harrow Cabinet approved recommendations on 11 June 2026 regarding entering into a lease for a property. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Housing and Regeneration to determine feasibility and approve lease terms, and to the Portfolio Holder for Children's Services to confirm future use.
