*RVP Car Park Refurbishment

Notice is hereby given that the Cabinet of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council intends to make a Key Decision which may be in private in respect of the following matter with less than the 28 days’ notice required by Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities  (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, Regulation 10 as compliance is impractical for the reasons set out below.  Furthermore, notice is hereby given that prior notice of the same as been given to the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.   To consider and agree the budget for the delivery of the refurbishment of the RVP Car Park including essential health and safety works to provide a modern and attractive car park.
