The Havering Cabinet agreed to enter into a section 75 agreement with NHS North East London ICB to govern the delivery of the Better Care Fund for 2026-2027 on 08/07/2026. The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health and the Strategic Director of People were delegated authority to approve the final terms of the agreement. Authority for monitoring implementation and operation was delegated to the Cabinet Member for Adults and Health, and authority for all necessary decisions regarding implementation and operation was delegated to the Strategic Director of People.
