The meeting included discussion of a variety of topics, including the adoption of a new Economic Development Strategy for Lewisham, procurement of a new framework for the provision of supported living services, a review of the Sustainable Streets schemes that have been implemented in Catford and Crofton Park and how to reduce the budget gap for 2025/26.

Council - Wednesday, 27th November, 2024 7.30 pm

The most recent meeting of the full Council of Lewisham Council included a motion affirming the commitment of the Labour Group to addressing the climate emergency and included a review of the activities of the council's Overview and Scrutiny committees. The meeting also included discussion of whether the basic allowance paid to councillors should be increased.

Brent, Lewisham and Southwark IT Committee - Tuesday, 26th November, 2024 6.00 pm

This meeting was a meeting of the Joint IT Committee, a committee that oversees the shared IT service of Brent, Lewisham and Southwark Councils, known as Shared Technology Services (STS). Two reports were scheduled to be discussed: an update on the performance of the Shared Technology Service, and an update on the Cyber Security status, threats, and mitigations identified in relation to the Shared Technology Services.

Health and Wellbeing Board - Wednesday, 20th November, 2024 3.00 pm

The minutes of the meeting held on the 24th of July were approved without discussion. The Board also approved the publication of a supplementary statement to the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA)[^2] for Lewisham. The Board noted updates on the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) [^3], the implementation of the Birmingham Lewisham African Caribbean Health Inequalities Review (BLACHIR) [^4], and the new Lewisham Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

This meeting included a variety of reports on the performance of council services, strategies, and projects. Decisions were also scheduled to be made about the adoption of new council policies and the procurement of new services, as well as about individual properties and sites.
