The decision approved a variation to the hours of operation for Sheraton House, 118 Curtain Road, allowing the venue to operate until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. This approval is subject to the completion of a legal agreement.

The Council of Hackney Council decided on 23/09/2026 that a Labour motion regarding promises to people on Woodberry Down Estate was not carried. The Council noted concerns about potential double decants for residents in Phase 5 of the regeneration project. The decision maker stated that eliminating double decants entirely was unviable due to financial, contractual, and programmatic risks.
