...to ensure best value, robust governance, and transparency for residents, the Executive approved the Executive Working Groups and Advisory Boards as outlined in Appendix 1, along with their terms of reference for 2025-26, noted the proposed Executive Working Group Protocol in Appendix 2, and agreed to the proposed standard template for Terms of Reference and the reviewed Terms of Reference in Appendices 3-7 for adoption by the respective groups.
