The Cabinet of South Holland Council approved the adoption of the Holbeach and Spalding Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans, including revised conservation area boundaries and the Spalding Shop Front Design Guide, on 30/06/2026. The Cabinet also approved the 2025/26 draft outturn finance report, noting underspends and approving reserve transfers and capital rephasing. On the same date, the Cabinet noted the Quarter 4 performance and Quarter 3 risk report for 2025/26.

The Cabinet of South Holland Council agreed on 30 June 2026 to participate in the Local Authority Housing Fund Round 4 programme. This decision aims to acquire three properties for temporary and resettlement homes within the district. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Service Director of Strategic Growth & Development and the Portfolio Holder to finalise the Memorandum of Understanding with MHCLG.
