The Leicestershire and Rutland Safer Communities Strategy Board met to discuss updates from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, the HMIP Inspection of Probation Services, Community Safety Partnership Domestic Homicide Review contributions, and Safer Communities performance. The board was also scheduled to receive a verbal update on the new anti-social behaviour recording system, ECINS[^2].
