Busking Code of Conduct

The Environment, Sustainability, Culture and Sports Committee decided to approve the adoption and promotion of a voluntary code of conduct for busking on the Richmond Riverside. The committee delegated authority to the Director of Resident Services to design, scope, and approve a one-year pilot of this code of conduct, running from January to December 2026. This pilot will promote the adoption of the code for street entertainment at Richmond Riverside.
