Grant of Premises Licence: Premier (Naz Supermarkets Ltd ), 23 Station Road, E4, Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 12th November, 2024 3.00 pm

The Licensing Sub-Committee approved an application for the grant of a premises licence to sell alcohol off the premises at Premier, 23 Station Road, Chingford. The application was approved after the applicant agreed to amend the hours during which alcohol could be sold in response to representations made by local Councillors and residents.

Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee

Grant of Premises Licence: K A Corner Supermarket, 96 Fulbourne Road, E17, Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 12th November, 2024 1.00 pm

The Sub-Committee agreed to grant a new premises licence to K A Corner Supermarket at 96 Fulbourne Road, Walthamstow after hearing representations from the applicant and their agent. The Sub-Committee also placed two extra conditions on the licence; staff must monitor the shop frontage to prevent customers from loitering, and they must provide residents with a phone number to contact the designated premises supervisor, Mr Tayfun Sar.

The Sub-Committee granted a premises licence to Mr Daniel Saunders for Leyton Calling, Arch 145, Tilbury Road, Leyton, London, E10 6RE. The licence permits the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, late night refreshments and the playing of recorded music. During the meeting, the Sub-Committee decided that the application to licence a mobile bar and outside seating area at the premises would have to be determined as part of a separate application.
