The Hertfordshire Health and Wellbeing Board met on Friday 3 October 2025 to discuss a range of issues including the Hertfordshire Sensory Strategy, the Better Care Fund, and winter planning. The board was also scheduled to review the findings of a survey on integrated care and receive progress reports from its sub-governance boards.

The Hertfordshire Growth Board met to elect a new chair and vice-chairs, endorse the Hertfordshire Local Retrofit Strategy, and receive an update on the Growth Board's advocacy strategy. Mayor Peter Taylor, Mayor of Watford Borough Council, was elected as the new chair of the board, with Councillor Jeremy Newmark, Leader of Hertsmere Borough Council, and Councillor Richard Henry, Leader of Stevenage Borough Council, elected as vice-chairs. The board endorsed the Hertfordshire Local Retrofit Strategy and noted the progress made in the board's advocacy efforts.
