The Climate Emergency and Sustainability Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel met on Tuesday 29 July 2025 to discuss a call-in regarding changes to business waste collection in central Bath. Following discussion and votes on motions, the Panel resolved to dismiss the call-in, allowing the original decision to proceed.

Council - Thursday 17th July 2025 6.30 pm

The Bath and North East Somerset Council met on Thursday 17 July 2025, approving a refreshed Youth Justice Plan and a motion calling on the government to grant English councils the power to introduce visitor charges. The Council also agreed to the flexible retirement of the Chief Executive and a motion to review the public toilet provision strategy.
