...to approve the award of new contracts for general build repairs and maintenance works to Herts Heritage Building and Roofing Ltd, JOS Property Services Ltd, Komfort Services, and Polyteck Building Services Ltd, each for a maximum term of 48 months and an estimated total value of £4,600,000 (excluding VAT).

...that the Local Initiatives Fund 2025/26 will be delivered using the same framework as in 2024/25, with a maximum of £1,000 underspend per ward carried forward, and continued delegation of authority to the relevant Director to agree changes to previously awarded funding, following consultation with the Executive Member for Equalities Communities and Inclusion, while also noting the funding decisions and declarations of interest related to the 2024/25 fund.

...to accept a £3,384,684 Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Improvement Grant (DATRIG) from the Department of Health and Social Care and to allocate £2,058,707.19 of it to the North London NHS Trust via a Grant Agreement.
