...to endorse the proposed three-year delivery plan for the Council's Local Implementation Plan funding submission to Transport for London for 2025/26 to 2027/28, accept £4.946m in grant funding, proceed with the 2025/26 programme managed by Be First, and delegate authority for programme changes.

...to approve the Council's updated Risk Management Strategy, designed to identify, assess, treat, and report risks in order to assist the Council in achieving its strategic objectives.

...the Cabinet agreed to procure a contract for capital works at Valence House, funded by the Museum Estate and Development Fund, using a pre-designated list of specialist contractors, waiving the standard advertising/tendering requirement, and authorized the Strategic Director, Inclusive Growth and Place, to conduct the procurement and award the contract.

...to facilitate the Gascoigne East Phase 4 Estate Renewal, the Cabinet approved continued budget provision of £4.4m, re-confirmed the use of Compulsory Purchase Order powers, and approved a £6 million front-funding budget for the demolition of empty high-rise blocks.

...to improve governance and oversight, the Assembly approved updates to the Council's Constitution, including establishing separate Audit and Risk and Standards Committees, increasing Licensing Sub-Committee membership, discontinuing ex-officio Planning Committee appointments, and noting the replacement of Deputy Cabinet Members with Cabinet Assistants.
