The Executive decided to approve the Oxfordshire Infrastructure Strategy (OxIS) on 15/07/2026. The strategy outlines critical county-wide infrastructure needed to support development and sustainable growth through to 2050.

The Executive decided to approve a four-year funding extension for the Our House project from November 2026 to March 2030. They also agreed to continue with the current support provider via waiver and delegate authority to the Head of Housing Solutions for minor amendments. The Executive agreed to utilise Housing Projects Reserves for the funding.

The West Oxfordshire District Council Executive approved recommendations for the Thames Valley Spatial Development Strategy. The decision was made on 15/07/2026. The Executive delegated detail agreements and working arrangements for pre-inception development to the Director of Governance and Regulatory Services in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Infrastructure.

The Executive decided to approve recommendations for Section 106 spending authorisation on 15/07/2026. This decision delegates authority to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Director of Finance and the Executive Member for Planning and Infrastructure, for future decisions on the expenditure of Section 106 developer contributions relating to Witney Town Centre improvements. The decision includes authorising officers to contract suppliers and contractors to implement town enhancements.

The Executive approved the proposal to consult on a Public Spaces Protection Order for Dog Fouling on 15/07/2026. This decision included approving the draft order, consultation questions, and the consultation letter.
