Cabinet - Monday, 16th June, 2025 7.00 pm

The Hammersmith and Fulham Council cabinet met on 16 June 2025, and agreed to adopt a food plan and a housing retrofit strategy. The cabinet also approved a procurement strategy for genito-urinary medicine (GUM) sexual health services.

Licensing Committee - Tuesday, 3rd June, 2025 7.00 pm

Councillor Mercy Umeh, Chair of Licensing Committee, led a meeting of the Licensing Committee, where members reviewed the annual licensing report, covering April 2024 to March 2025, and discussed a new draft Markets and Street Trading Licensing Policy. The committee agreed to put the updated Prescribed Standard Conditions for Street Trading Licences, the updated Regulation of Commodities for Street Trading Licences 2025, and the draft recommended Markets & Street Trading Licensing Policy 2025 – 2030 out for consultation. They also agreed to allow officers to consult on a proposal for the council to declare market rights, and a proposal to designate the whole borough or more streets for regulated street trading activities.

Annual meeting, Full Council - Wednesday, 21st May, 2025 7.00 pm

The Full Council of Hammersmith and Fulham was scheduled to meet on 21 May 2025 for its annual meeting. The agenda included the election of the Mayor, committee appointments, a review of the council's constitution, and a discussion on the redevelopment of Avonmore Primary School and building new homes. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss member allowance schemes, and appointments to local government organisations.

Special Meeting, Full Council - Wednesday, 21st May, 2025 8.00 pm

The Hammersmith and Fulham Council convened a special meeting to bestow the honour of Freedom of the Borough on the Coldstream Guards, recognising their distinguished military service. Councillor Stephen Cowan, Leader of the Council, formally moved the report and recommendations, which were then agreed upon by the council. Several councillors spoke in support of the motion, highlighting the Coldstream Guards' historical significance, their contributions to the community, and the sacrifices made by their members and families.

Admin only - Extraordinary Meeting, Pension Fund Committee - Tuesday, 13th May, 2025 7.00 pm

The Hammersmith and Fulham Pension Fund Committee met to discuss key performance indicators, administration updates, and a revised discretions policy. The committee noted reports on key performance indicators and pension administration, approved the revised discretions policy, and discussed the pension administration budget, cyber security policy, pension operations risk register and pension fund cessations. Due to the inclusion of exempt information, the public and press were excluded from the meeting during discussion of the appendices for several items.
