Roadmap to a Restored, Refurbished, Sustainable Town Hall

The Town Hall has been the democratic heart of Sheffield for over 125 years and although it has been maintained and remains structurally sound the building is showing its age. Members need costed building design options to understand the way forward for securing the long-term sustainable future of this much-loved civic building.

A delivery plan for new homes in the city, describing how we will deliver homes in line with the Housing Strategy’s ambition for ‘More homes and housing choice’. The plan outlines the actions the Council will take to deliver, support and influence housing growth in the city.   The plan will include a programme of delivery, action plan and site list providing detail on how sites identified for Housing in the Council’s draft Local Plan will be progressed.
