The new Watford Housing Strategy 2026 to 2030 will act as an overarching document which links to other housing-related policies and strategies, including the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Review and Action Plan, the Affordable Housing Investment Policy, and the Private Sector Housing Renewal Policy. It will provide an overall vision for housing in the town, linking closely to Watford’s Local Plan 2021-2038.
