The Lincolnshire Health and Wellbeing Board met on Tuesday 10 March 2026 to discuss the NHS Joint Forward Plan, the refresh of the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, the Lincolnshire Better Care Fund, and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report on the case for quality employment. The Board noted the requirements for NHS Integrated Care Boards to develop a Joint Forward Plan and acknowledged that the Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire (DLN) ICB Cluster had produced a plan aligned with the Lincolnshire Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy. Lincs Coast 2100+ Programme

The Executive of Lincolnshire Council decided on 07/10/2025 to approve recommendations for the Lincs Coast 2100+ Programme. The council agreed to a financial contribution of up to £0.995m for the first stage of a business case for coastal flood resilience and economic sustainability, and to support the Environment Agency's beach nourishment programme. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor – Environment, to agree partner contributions and undertake actions to reach Gate Zero, and to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director – Resources, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to make funding reprioritisation decisions. Reports will be submitted to the Environment Scrutiny Committee every three months.
