· The relevant Executive Councillor Portfolio Holder with responsibility for Health · Five further County Councillors · The Director of Public Health · The Executive Director of Children Services · The Executive Director of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing · Chair, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board
· Chief Executive, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board · Nominated representative, Primary Care Network Alliance · Nominated Chief Executive, representing NHS Providers in Lincolnshire · Nominated Chair, representing NHS Providers in Lincolnshire · One designated District Council representative · The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire · A designated representative of Healthwatch Lincolnshire
Associate Members of the Board are as follows: · Chief Constable/representative, Lincolnshire Police · A designated representative for the Voluntary and Community Sector · A designated representative from the Higher Education Sector · A designated representative from the Care Sector
· A designated representative from the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group The functions of the Health and Wellbeing Board are: To encourage persons who arrange for the provision of any health and social care services in the area to work in an integrated manner; To provide such advice, assistance or other support as it thinks appropriate for the purpose of encouraging joint commissioning; To prepare and publish a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment; To prepare and publish a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy The meetings are usually held quarterly, at 2.00 p.m., at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL (unless otherwise stated). The meetings are generally open to the public, unless otherwise specified. The full terms of reference for the Health and Wellbeing Board are set out in Part 2 of the Council's Constitution.
