Lincolnshire Police and Crime Panel - Friday, 19th September, 2025 11.00 am
The Lincolnshire Police and Crime Panel met on 19 September 2025 to discuss the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan, complaints against the Police and Crime Commissioner, and the panel's work programme. The panel was also scheduled to discuss the outcome of recruitment to the panel.

The Lincolnshire Police and Crime Panel met to conduct a confirmation hearing for the proposed appointment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Office of the Lincolnshire Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC). The panel was scheduled to review the proposed appointment of Ms Joanne Davison as Interim CEO, and then decide whether to endorse the appointment or recommend against it.
Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Wednesday, 17th September, 2025 2.00 pm
The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) Board convened to discuss a range of strategic initiatives, including approving a new development fund, corporate plan aims, and budget updates. Councillors also reviewed and approved amendments to the authority's constitution and appointed members to the Economic Advisory Panel.

Councillor Stephen Bunney, Chairman of the Council, opened the meeting with tributes to former councillors and staff, before councillors moved to discuss the financial performance review, the youth justice plan, and a motion regarding asylum seekers. Councillors approved the Lincolnshire Youth Justice Plan 2025-28, and voted to approve an amended motion regarding the location of asylum seekers in the county. They also approved the calendar of meetings for 2026/27, and made appointments to committees and outside bodies.
Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee - Monday, 8th September, 2025 10.00 am
The Lincolnshire County Council's Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee met on 8 September 2025, and members reviewed the regional rail strategy, highways performance, major projects, and road safety initiatives. The committee supported a recommendation to approve the proposed Bailgate, Lincoln Scheme, and also supported the proposed recommendation to approve the Spalding – Pinchbeck Active Travel Cycleway tender award. The committee also supported recommendations to approve three strategic resurfacing schemes for the A6121 Ryhall Road, Stamford, the A17/A151 Holbeach and Fleet Hargate, and the A52 Leverton and Haltoft End.
