Amelia Scott Centre - Grant of Lease

Warm Homes Local Grant

Warm Homes Grant (WH: LG) is a Government grant funded scheme with the ambition of upgrading five million homes over the next three-to-five years to cut bills for families and deliver warmer homes to reduce fuel poverty. It will also help with reducing carbon emissions in support of the net zero target by 2050. Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has been allocated an in principle funding of £1,382,964.00 to deliver the scheme over the next three years to 31 March 2028.
