The Environment Scrutiny Committee of Lincolnshire Council met on Friday 19 June 2026 to discuss significant operational changes at Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs), the progress of the Greater Lincolnshire Groundwater Project, and performance reporting for the Environment services.
