Community Housing Task and Finish Group - Tuesday, 18th March, 2025 7.00 pm

This meeting was the first of the Community-Led Housing Task and Finish Group, a sub-committee of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee of Lewisham Council. It was scheduled to discuss a scoping report that outlined how the sub-committee should investigate the possibilities for community-led housing in Lewisham.

Healthier Communities Select Committee - Wednesday, 12th March, 2025 7.00 pm

This meeting of the Healthier Communities Select Committee was scheduled to receive updates from a number of local organisations about their work on a range of issues affecting the health of Lewisham residents, including the NHS charging policy for some migrants, the Learning Disabilities Implementation Plan, and a new community mental health pilot scheme.

Planning Committee B - Tuesday, 11th March, 2025 7.00 pm

The report pack that was prepared for this meeting contained planning applications for four sites in the borough. The applications covered a wide range of proposals, including a new roof extension at Robins Court, the demolition of garages to build two new homes at Belmont Hall Court, a new house on a garage site to the rear of 60 Breakspears Road, and a proposal to add two new storeys to a mixed use building at 23 Mercia Grove.

BUDGET, Council - Wednesday, 5th March, 2025 7.30 pm

This meeting was about setting Lewisham Council's budget for 2025/26. It included discussion of the council's overall financial position, a proposed increase to council tax, and the setting of housing rents.
