Bromley Council's Executive agreed on 16 September 2026 to draw down funds from the Capital Programme for small works projects on the Operational Property Estate. Authority was delegated to the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and Regeneration to authorise procurement, contract awards, and expenditure for these projects.

The Executive of Bromley Council agreed to extend the Parks Management and Grounds Maintenance contract with idverde Ltd for eight years from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2035. They also approved modifying this contract to include Parks Security Services for the extension period and approved the modification of the Street Environment contract with Veolia Environmental Services UK PLC to remove Park Security Services from April 1, 2027. Authority was delegated to the Assistant Director of Legal Services to execute the necessary legal agreements.

The Executive of Bromley Council approved contract awards for the Domiciliary Care Framework on 16 September 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Adults Social Care to award Lot 1 Tier One contracts from the reserve list.
