The Resource Allocation Sub (Policy and Resources) Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss funding allocations from the Community Infrastructure Levy and the On Street Parking Reserve, as well as capital bids for 2026/27. The Civic Affairs Sub-Committee was scheduled to meet on Tuesday 28 October 2025 to discuss applications for the use of the Great Hall, applications for hospitality, and a review of the committee hospitality programme. The meeting was also scheduled to cover a number of reports for information, and confidential matters.

Policy and Resources Committee - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 1.45 pm

The Policy and Resources Committee were scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including the Destination City Programme, benefits-in-kind, and ward communications. They were also scheduled to discuss revisions to the terms of reference for the Income Generation Working Party, and the allocation of contingency funds.

Court of Common Council - Thursday, 9th October, 2025 1.00 pm

At a meeting of the Court of Common Council, the City of London Corporation agreed to changes to officer delegation, discussed housing governance, and received a report from the Panel of Independent Persons. The Court also approved a motion to instruct officers to report on introducing rolling electoral registration.

Policy and Resources Committee - Thursday, 18th September, 2025 1.45 pm

The Policy and Resources Committee met to discuss a number of items, including changes to the Scheme of Delegations, an investment governance update, the appointment of additional members to the Competitiveness Advisory Board, a proposal for Faith in the City, and a rough sleeping prevention and recovery grant delivery proposal. The committee approved the recommendations for Faith in the City, the North East London Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant Delivery Proposal, and the changes to the Scheme of Delegations.
