...to recommend to Full Council the introduction of a 100% council tax premium on second homes in Wiltshire, effective April 1, 2027, with only legally required exceptions.

...to recommend to Full Council to approve increasing the Long-Term Empty Homes Premium to the maximum permissible levels from April 1, 2026, charging 100% for homes empty 1-5 years, 200% for 5-10 years, and 300% for 10+ years, with only compulsory exceptions.

...to approve recommendations related to public participation and questions from members, covering topics such as the Leader's external employment, road safety, traffic management, business rates, a bollard installation, adult social care, the Castle Place shopping centre, a proposed incinerator, biodiversity, waste services, and bus shelter infrastructure.

...to note and agree the performance against selected measures mapped to the Council’s strategic priorities, providing a quarterly update on progress against the nine Priorities laid out in Our Wiltshire Plan 2025-35.

...the Cabinet approved the proposed principles and methodology for setting fees and charges, as well as the contents of the Fees and Charges Framework, and noted the proposed increase to fees and charges for 2026/27.
