The Health and Wellbeing Board met on Thursday 19 March 2026 to discuss the Fit and Active Barnet Framework and Action Plan, the Barnet Food Plan, and the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy Implementation Plan. Key decisions included noting progress on the Fit and Active Barnet initiative and approving the Barnet Food Action Plan for 2026-2028.

The Health and Wellbeing Board met on Thursday 22 January 2026 to discuss key issues affecting residents' health and wellbeing. Significant discussions took place regarding the provision of services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Alternative Provision (AP), alongside an update on the Neighbourhood Health initiative aimed at integrating local health and care services. The Board also noted the Better Care Fund Plan for 2025-26 and reviewed the forward work programme.

The Health and Wellbeing Board at Barnet Council convened to discuss strategies for tackling substance misuse, suicide prevention, pharmaceutical needs, and safeguarding adults. The board approved the final draft of the Suicide Prevention Strategy 2026-2030 and the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025-2028, and also noted the progress of the Combating Drugs Partnership and the Safeguarding Adults Board.
