...to enable the construction of an approved development, the committee approved making a Public Path Diversion Order under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for part of Public Footpath No. 2 in the Parish of Somerford, and also approved giving public notice of the making of the Order, to be confirmed if no objections are received.
