The Weaver Network Board noted the governance arrangements approved by the Combined Authority Board on 25 June 2026. The Board's terms of reference were approved, establishing its remit for transport and local infrastructure functions. Mayor Tracy Brabin was appointed Chair and Councillor Eleanor Thomson Deputy Chair.

The Weaver Network Board noted the contents of the bus performance report and considered improvements for future oversight. They also considered further areas of service delivery for future reports.
