The Harrow Council Planning Committee met on 19 November 2025 and unanimously approved plans for the Harrow Arts Centre and Park High School, and also approved, subject to a legal agreement, plans for Station Road. Councillor Marilyn Ashton, Deputy Leader of the Council and Portfolio Holder for Planning & Regeneration, declared a non-pecuniary interest regarding Park High School, as she is on the board that meets annually. Councillor Simon Brown declared a non-pecuniary interest as an occasional user of the Harrow Arts Centre.

The Planning Policy Advisory Panel are scheduled to meet on 11 November 2025, at Harrow Council Hub. The agenda includes a scoping report on a potential Article 4 Direction regarding houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), a scoping report for a replacement Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), and a discussion on the draft West London Waste Plan.

The Chief Officers' Employment Panel of Harrow Council met on 5 November 2025 to discuss one substantive item, the appointment of a Strategic Director of Corporate Resources and Innovation. The meeting also included standard items such as noting membership and declarations of interest. Some of the discussion was expected to be held in private.

The Harrow Council Planning Committee convened in October, primarily to discuss and decide on a hybrid planning application for the redevelopment of the Harrow Civic Centre, also known as Poet's Corner. The committee voted to grant the application, subject to a legal agreement, for a project that includes phased demolition, construction of residential buildings, and provision for commercial and community spaces.
