Urgent Leader's Decision, Portfolio Holder Decision Meeting - Thursday 17 July 2025 5.00 pm
Councillor Marilyn Ashton, Deputy Leader of the Council and Portfolio Holder for Planning & Regeneration, convened an urgent decision meeting to discuss the demolition of Grange Farm Phase 2a. The Deputy Leader approved the award of the demolition contract to the preferred bidder, R Collard, to allow the works to continue without delay. The decision was made to comply with the council's contract procedure rules and financial regulations.

The Harrow Council Planning Committee met on Wednesday 25 June 2025, and approved six planning and certificate applications, while also noting a minor typographical error in the minutes of the previous meeting. At a meeting of the Chief Officers' Employment Panel, Harrow Council agreed to create new senior management posts in the Children's Services department with remuneration packages over £100,000, and also agreed to appoint a new Strategic Director of Housing and Regeneration.
