The Cabinet decided to approve recommendations regarding the early year end forecast for 2026-27 and the contract award for specialist support for the Finance Improvement Programme on 22/07/2026. The Cabinet approved the use of flexible use of capital receipts up to £2.5m for budget proposals, including £0.891m for the finance improvement programme. They also approved £2.6m for a capital scheme to deliver electric vehicle charging points.
