The Sutton Shareholdings Board met on 10 March 2026 to discuss and approve business plans and budgets for three of the council's subsidiary companies: Sutton Decentralised Energy Network (SDEN), Cognus, and Sutton Living Limited (SLL). The Code of Conduct Panel of Sutton Council was scheduled to convene on Thursday 19 February 2026. The meeting's agenda indicated that the primary item for discussion was the outcome of a code of conduct investigation.
