In Year Planning & Building Control Fee Review & Adjustments

The Cabinet of Tower Hamlets approved revisions to Planning and Building Control pre-application fees and the introduction of new service categories. They also approved the introduction of a paid-for fast-track planning service, subject to further testing and service design. Community Grants Programme

The Cabinet delegated authority to the Corporate Director of Housing & Regeneration, in consultation with the Mayor, to conclude negotiations, agree lease terms, and complete the transaction. This included approving initial capital allocation, commencement of procurement for consultants and contractors, and preparatory drafting for the main works contract.

Electrical Measured Term Contract
