The Lancashire Combined County Authority approved the LCCA Vision and Objectives document. They also approved the Lancashire Growth Plan 2025-35 as the primary economic vision. The Authority approved the draft Local Transport Plan and supplementary documents for public consultation. They approved the Get Lancashire Working Plan. The Authority approved the proposed procurement strategy for the Adult Skills Fund and authorised the Head of Paid Service to approve the outcome of the procurement process and the award of service contracts. They approved the core Terms and Conditions of employment for the Lancashire Combined County Authority, the implementation of a pay and grading structure, and the Employee Relations Framework. The Authority noted the Quarter 1 Monitoring Position against the 2025/26 Budget, approved the creation of a membership budget line, and approved accepting the Highways Maintenance Grant from the Department for Transport. They approved LCCA participation in the Great North Partnership and authorised a £30,000 payment for subscription fees. Finally, the Authority approved the proposed Work Plan and directed the Interim Chief Operating Officer to incorporate implementation activities.
