...to ensure continuity of grounds maintenance services for residents during the transition to a new unitary authority, the existing grounds maintenance contract was extended by up to 35 months, delegating authority to the Head of Housing Community and Recreation to agree contractual arrangements within specified financial parameters and with a suitable break clause.

...to award £5,500 from the Council's CIL Infrastructure fund to Heatherside Recreation Ground for the purchase of cherry blossom trees and equipment, with a revenue budget added funded from CIL receipts.

...to appoint a successful tenderer to provide a hybrid mail solution for the Council on a 3+1+1 contract basis, aiming to generate efficiencies and economies of scale by consolidating the Council's hybrid mail services with one provider.
