...to adopt a new Disabled Aids and Adaptations Policy (2025-2028), an updated Housing Revenue Account Governance Framework (2025-2026), and a new Reasonable Adjustments Policy (2025-2029) for Housing Landlord Services, while also delegating minor amendments and operational decisions to the Assistant Director for Housing.

...to approve the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership Body Worn Video Cameras (BWVC) Policy 2025, aimed at ensuring the lawful, proportionate, and legitimate use of body-worn video cameras by trained staff for violence reduction and evidence collection, and to delegate authority for minor policy amendments.

...to prepare for the implementation of Awaab's Law, the Cabinet adopted a revised Housing Repairs and Fitness for Habitation Policy and a revised Damp Condensation and Mould Policy, delegated minor operational changes and legislative amendments to the Assistant Director – Housing in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Strategic and Operational Housing, and noted that further reports will be brought forward to update on the implementation progress of Phase 1, as well as development of Phase 2 and 3.

...to enable consultation on the continuation of the current Council Tax Support scheme for 2026/27, including uprating in line with DWP allowances and premiums, with oversight delegated to the Section 151 Officer in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance.

...to note the Regulatory Judgement of a C2 Grade issued by the Regulator of Social Housing on 30th July 2025, following a programmed inspection of South Holland District Council as a Registered Social Landlord.
