Interim Executive Director of Policy and Strategy approved six Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Stage 2 bids for Birmingham City Council Libraries and Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust, and nine Warm Homes Social Housing bids totalling £22,091,464 on 20/07/2026. The domestic bid for Warm Homes Social Housing to Citizen Housing totalling £20,662,565 was also approved, alongside the novation of two existing Warm Homes Social Housing grants. The decision maker approved entering into associated Grant Framework Agreements, Grant Offer Letters, and a Novation Agreement.
