The domestic bid for Warm Homes Social Housing to Citizen Housing totalling £20,662,565 was also approved, alongside the novation of two existing Warm Homes Social Housing grants. The decision maker approved entering into associated Grant Framework Agreements, Grant Offer Letters, and a Novation Agreement.
