Housing Revenue Account Budget Setting 2026/27

...to approve a 4.8% increase in weekly council dwelling rents, a 4% increase in garage rents, and the proposed Housing Revenue Account revenue budget, fees and charges, and capital programmes for 2026/27, in order to fund landlord services, housing improvements, and new affordable homes.
