Thanet Regeneration Programme - Asset Management (Ramsgate)

Data Protection Policy

The Council’s data protection policy has been updated to reflect current best practice and legal interpretation. Some changes have also been made to depersonalise roles, removing reference to officer’s names, the policy has been made gender neutral and there has been some tidying up of language and formatting so that the policy aligns with other Council policies.

This report concerns revisions to the Council’s Local Plan and planning policy work programme (known as the Local Development Scheme).   There is a legal requirement to have a Local Development Scheme. The current LDS needs to be updated, to reflect changes in circumstances affecting Local Plan progression.   This report sets out proposed changes to the work programme for updating the adopted Local Plan, and other Local Plan-related documents.
