Annual Meeting, Full Council - Monday 18th May 2026 6.30 pm

Pride in Place Impact Fund

Boston Council's Cabinet approved the funding allocations and priority themes for the Pride in Place Impact Fund on 05/05/2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director – Economic Development to approve delivery arrangements and award funding allocations, in consultation with the Leader, Deputy Leader, and Section 151 Officer. This decision enables the council to proceed with the funding programme and commit spending by March 2027.

Pride in Place Programme Delivery

The Cabinet of Boston Council decided to accept the funding award for the Pride in Place Programme and delegate authority to the Executive Director – Finance and Section 151 Officer to sign the Memorandum of Understanding. The Cabinet also delegated authority to the Executive Director – Finance and Section 151 Officer to vary budgets, delegated responsibility to the Boston Neighbourhood Board for funding allocation recommendations, and delegated authority to the Executive Director – Economic Development to enter into contracts.
