The Scottish Borders Licensing Board approved the minute of the previous meeting for signature by the Convener on 19 September 2025. The Board also noted lists of licences issued under delegated powers for the period 8 August to 8 September 2025. The Board agreed to grant a provisional premises licence to RPC (Hotels) Limited for Dicksons of Ednam and a provisional premises licence to Bakers With Spirit Limited for premises at 3 Douglas Road East, Hawick.
