The Local Planning Committee refused permission for ASDA Stores Limited to alter the opening hours of the commercial unit at 123 Greenwich South Street. The Committee deferred their decision on the application by Mr Held for the change of use of 24 Lucknow Street in Plumstead to a five-bedroom small House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) with a maximum capacity of six people.
