The Strategy and Resources Committee approved the revised and updated Economic Development Delivery Framework on 18 June 2026. The committee delegated authority to the Climate, Economy and Flood risk Manager to make further amendments as suggested by the Committee.

The Strategy and Resources Committee approved the Stroud District Council Communications Strategy 2026–2028 on 18 June 2026. The committee delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Resources to make minor amendments in consultation with the Chair. The strategy aims to ensure clear, accessible, and effective communication supporting the Council Plan and preparing for Local Government Reorganisation.

The Strategy and Resources Committee decided to approve the updated Corporate Contract Management Framework. They also gave delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Resources to make minor amendments to the framework. This decision was made on 18 June 2026.

The Strategy and Resources Committee decided to approve the adoption and publication of the S106 Monitoring Fee Guidance Note on 18 June 2026. They also delegated authority to the Chief Planning Officer to undertake periodic reviews of monitoring fees and increase them if income is less than costs.

The Environment Committee resolved to recommend to Council the approval of the Task and Finish Group's final recommendations regarding appointments to Outside Bodies on 23/04/2026. The committee agreed to note the appointment and reporting lines and approved the recommendations from the Task and Finish Group. The decision included producing updated Member guidance for Outside Bodies, contacting all Outside Bodies annually to confirm Member attendance, and maintaining accurate contact information for Members and Outside Bodies.
