The Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council deferred the decision on the Car Park Railway Station, Black Lion Hill, Northampton application on 21 October 2025. The reasons for the deferral are to be set out in the Minutes.

The Strategic Planning Committee approved the reserved matters application for two industrial and/or storage and distribution buildings at Towcester Park. The decision was made on 21 October 2025. The approval is subject to conditions including details of crime prevention measures, hours of operation, site lighting, colour banding, sustainability, noise and vibration, and drainage.

The Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council refused the outline application for a mixed-use employment site at Podium Business Park, Shacks Barn Farm, A43, Oxford Road, Silverstone, NN12 8TB on 21 October 2025. Reasons for refusal are to be set out in the minutes.
