Health and Wellbeing Board - Wednesday 2nd April 2025 6.00 p.m.

The Newham Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss a range of health initiatives and strategies, including updates on the Newham Health Equity Programme, action on diet-related diseases, and a London-wide campaign to improve heart health. The board approved the Better Care Fund 2025-26 submission and narrative plan, and discussed integrated neighbourhood teams.

Health and Wellbeing Board - Monday 27th January 2025 6.00 p.m.

This meeting was scheduled to include reports on a range of health and wellbeing topics, including the Newham Health Equity Programme, the Eat Well Newham scheme, the Healthwatch Newham patient information leaflet, the work of the Deaf outreach worker and the annual report of the Newham Safeguarding Adults Board. The meeting was also scheduled to include a verbal update on how North East London Integrated Care System was approaching meeting the needs of Newham's population.

Health and Wellbeing Board - Monday 7th October 2024 7.00 p.m.

The meeting accepted the North East London Integrated Care System's case for change on maternity and neonatal services, subject to a later review of its public engagement strategy. The Board also noted the production of a patient leaflet signposting people to the right health service for their needs, and noted the Newham Health Equity programme's work on diabetes.

Health and Wellbeing Board - Thursday 1st August 2024 6.00 p.m.

The meeting reviewed the North East London Integrated Care System's (ICS) strategic approaches to meeting new population needs, received an update from Healthwatch Newham, and discussed action on diet for better health outcomes. Finally, it reviewed the Newham Health Equity Programme and the North East London Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy. The board noted the recommendations in the Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy and noted all other reports discussed.
