Extension of current Highway Term Service Contract

From: Cabinet - Monday, 21st July, 2025 6.00 pm - July 21, 2025

We require a 3 month extension (31st July to 31st October 2025) of current contract detailed above, with the current incumbent – Marlborough Highways. Due to unforeseen delays in the ITT process the documents have gone out later than envisaged and therefore we need to leave sufficient time for the mobilisation period following contract award.
