The Thriving Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to discuss family hubs, educational performance in the borough, children's social care complaints, and school attendance and exclusion rates. The panel was also expected to review and note the panel's work programme for the upcoming year, and the dates of future meetings.

Planning Committee - Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council Planning Committee is scheduled to meet on 18 November 2025 to discuss several planning applications and a review of appeals performance. Among the applications are proposals for alterations to the Enfield Town Library, development at the former Chase Farm Hospital site, the use of land for storage on Park Road, and changes to a church hall on Grove Road. The committee will also note the dates of future meetings.

Council - Wednesday, 12th November, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council meeting scheduled for 12 November 2025 included a recommendation from the Local Auditor, the adoption of the Fairer Enfield Policy, and changes to the council's constitution. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss a treasury management update and a number of motions on topics ranging from green belt protection to support for the armed forces community.

Licensing Sub-Committee - Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 10.00 am

The Enfield Council Licensing Sub-Committee met on Wednesday 1 October 2025, and decided to revoke a personal license. Councillor Suna Hurman was appointed as Chair for the meeting.

The Thriving Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to meet on 23 September 2025 to discuss the Enfield Safeguarding Children's Partnership annual report, schools in deficit, and the panel's work programme. The panel was also scheduled to review the minutes of their previous meeting.
