The North Northamptonshire Council is scheduled to meet on Thursday, 11 December 2025, to discuss several key items, including the adoption of a new Corporate Plan, the approval of the Corporate Parenting Board Annual Report, and the Northamptonshire Youth Justice Plan. Health and Wellbeing Board - Tuesday 9th December, 2025 2.00 pm

The North Northamptonshire Health and Wellbeing Board is scheduled to meet on 9 December 2025, at the Corby Cube in Corby. The agenda includes discussions on the Health and Wellbeing Strategy, the Family Help Strategy, SEND provision, the Better Care Fund, the Family Drug and Alcohol Court, the Northamptonshire Safeguarding Children Partnership Annual Report, and the mental health of care leavers. Councillor Brian Benneyworth, Chair and Portfolio Holder for Health and Leisure, North Northamptonshire Council, will chair the meeting.

Audit and Governance Committee - Monday 1st December, 2025 2.00 pm

The Audit and Governance Committee of North Northamptonshire Council met to discuss internal audit plans, progress reports, risk management, IT audits, and policies related to fraud, bribery, and whistleblowing. The committee approved the internal audit plan, noted the progress report and risk register, and approved the updated anti-fraud and corruption policy, as well as the existing anti-bribery policy. The committee also requested revisions to the whistleblowing policy before its adoption.
